Advanced durometer, two dimensional measurement instruments, Coordinates Measuring Machine etc. are used for meeting the specifications of strength, dimensions and appearances.

Our quality control procedures primarily consist of the following:
1) Raw material inspection - Our logistics department and quality control department examine the raw materials upon delivery to ensure they meet our requirements before they are used for production.
2) Process control - We have implemented various quality control measures in each of the key stages of our production process. Typically, we conduct first piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection to ensure the quality standard of our products before they are delivered to our customers.
3) Finished product inspection before packaging.
